Just got halfway through typing an email to IS support when I realised there's no point in sending it.

Yesterday, an update for my computer got to 640/643mb, and then the international went down. Software Update still can't resume downloads. Awesome. Then I tried installing Steam, unsuccessfully. Now I'm trying to download Firefox at the insane speed of 6,5 KBps, after a few failed attempts, so that I can use a download manager to download an 800mb update file.

All this would be fine if I had uncapped, but as it stands, what a waste of my cap. I know everyone has problems with Seacom being broke and everything, but I still feel like bitching about it. Then again, what's the point.

Can someone wake me up when we all have 100mbps unshaped uncapped? kthx.
