Hi all,

I woke up this morning to a stop limit order that was executed incorrectly in my view. The ETH price on Luno never dropped below R57000 yet a stop limit order was executed at R52500. Needless to say I've lost money. I can't understand why Luno has done this :( Am I missing something?

where are you checking the price history?

only reliable place is on the exchange itself: https://www.luno.com/trade/markets/ETHZAR

set to 5 minute candles, the candle at precisely 02:00 this morning has a low of R52495, it bounced back pretty fast so maybe someone was out there scalping for stops exactly at a round number like R52500 or R53000

I see it now could not see that on the line chart...doesn't show that value. Not sure what lesson to learn here... Don't use stop limit orders and just hope for the best or never ever sleep...seems crypto can be ones Freddy nightmare. Thanks for showing me that, at least I know what happened. Someone out there scored a great real Oh well so you learn.
