I used to be a once a day guy.
A few months ago I stopped eating carbs. No serious diet, No Noakes, Atkins or Banting.
I just cut out about 95% of carbs I used to eat.
I've noticed I now poop much more regularly. 2 or 3 times day when it used to be just once, normally after lunch. I've also lost a few Kg's but that isn't the point of this post.
Anyone else with similar experience?
Please share.

And what did you replace the carbs with? Fibre?

I didn't really consciously replace them with anything. Maybe more protein and veggies ...

Quite normal - your digestive system is working properly i.e. efficiently

I am the opposite. Used to go twice a day then cut carbs down a lot and now I go once a day.

If you stop eating carbs it will also cause you to not STFU about it ;)

Find that very difficult to believe.....the moment you cut out carbs it creates a problem you cannot ignore - how am I going to get full?

This would have made you ponder about it

In the spirit of this thread - LCHF causes a not-often-spoken-about issue - VERY BUOYANT EXCRETIONS!

Very, inexpressibly troublesome when not in the safety of your own bathroom.

I generally ate more veggies.

I eat carbs & meat at a ratio of about 3:1 and am as regular as a Rolex (early part of the morning) and I must add that the satisfaction and feeling of well-being from a good dump lasts far longer than the satisfaction from an orgasm.

Slightly off track. I changed my dogs' diet from the commercial pellets to brown rice, chicken gizzards & vegetables and immediately saw a reduction by about half in what I had to pick up after them.
