Stopping a data package

Just a quick question for V3G, if I request to switch off my mymeg 250 package it will take effect end of april for may month, correct ?
i'm with VSP www.vodacomsp.co.za. I logged in and switched off the mymeg package from there, is that all i need to do ?

i'm planning to downgrade my gprs package, i just don't use the full 250 meg even with all the browsing and email. realisticaly I use only 100-150 meg a month and its a waste to have 250 because if i don't use it i loose it. realy need to get that carry over thing on the go
