Storm 2 screen double clicking

I recently got my storm 2, and daily at random times the screen seems to double click or if i press anywhere on the screen it seems to press the back button even though i am pressing no where near it. would you say this is a software issue or hardware issue?

I have the same problem, for some reason it does not bother me. I usually just click somewhere else on the screen and it sorts itself out. I can assume its a hardware thing as my phones been updated a few times already since i got it.

I was reading online that they have improved the design, just not sure if the whole swap out system works in SA. I get the impression the phone you get when you hand a blackberry in was a repaired blackberry and not a new one, so there is a chance of getting a phone with more problems than I began with. It is just a small irritation but if i can get it fixed i would take the chance
