Storm 9530 - GPS Software

My Storm 9530 (Verizon) came with VZ Navigator (US based GPS software) is there any way to get South African maps on it ? Or is there an alternative GPS software that I can use for South Africa, i am on the vodacom network ? I tied to download vodacom satnav, but it does not support my phone.

I guess you could try Google Maps but no voice navigation.

You will have to flash your phone with a Vodacom/Vodafone firmware, start here:

They only have the following & it is for the 9500 & i have a 9530, would that be an issue ?
