Strange ADSL problem

Have been having a strange ADSL problem intermittently this afternoon:

Some local and some international sites were not working, while others were

Eg. Was having trouble getting to this site (could get to it through a proxy) and google.co.za, while google.com worked fine. Aren't both google sites hosted internationally?

Seems to working now. Anyone else experienced this? and what was the cause?

Yes, on both my Axxess(IS) & Cybersmart accounts.

The internet in this country is fooked. There seems to be more problems than ever as of late.
