Strange billing on BIS

This is my first post so please bear with me. I got my 8520 in June and every so often small charges for data usage is billed to my account. I have BIS and do not do any streaming or downloads, just the normal browsing and emails. I phoned vodacom three times already to find out what is going on, but still no solution. Any ideas?
 
Hey, I am on mtn, but I think I can help you. We have an mtn bookmark that takes us to the mtn zone. But I realised that if I clicked on that icon it doesn't use bis, but rather mtn wap. Make sure you always use the normal browser. Also ensure that your apn is set to blackberry.net
 
As phoneJunky mentioned you need to make sure you're not using the Vodafone Live browser but rather the "Internet Browser".
 
Please read the 'bis is it free' sticky post for more info. You will have to diagnose all the apps you installed one by one to see which might be using bis if it isn't the browser.

Thanx for all the replies. Just wanted to add that I only use the Blackberry Browser. I've got no apps running in the background, only the standard phone apps.
