Strange Body Movements

I keep having jerk-like/wiggle-like movements where the energy flow is from bottom up whenever I urinate. I shiver as if I feel cold/my body zig-zags and it always starts from below. Friend says their muscle spasms but I don't feel any muscle contractions nor does it hurt (it kinda, sorta feels slightly good). I've always been like this since I could remember but it's been happening more frequently everywhere and the other day it happened almost every hour. I also make a "brrr" sound whenever this happens if it helps. Diagnosis?
