Strange Cybersmart IP assignment

Earlier in May i was assigned IP starting with 41.xxx.xxx.xxx But recently my IP now starts with 10.206.xxx.xxx.

How come it now starts with 10? 41 is for South Africa, right? I get my IP address history from Cybersmart's Connection Usage History page

You account is probably capped, that's why you getting that ip address.
