Strange Email problem

Hi Guys

Just want to check if anyone has had this situation before I open a problem ticket.

I have both Gmail and a Microsoft Outlook OWA email account setup on my BB Bold 9700 using BIS through Vodacom. I can send and receive email fine on Gmail, but from OWA I can only send email, it does not receive anything. I have changed my Exchange password to check if that is the problem, it accepts the new password, but then still the same problem. I logged in through Outlook to check that the details I am using work, and everything checks out. Started at 09:30 yesterday morning, since then not a single email has come through. I have asked my exchange admin to check his side, he says everything checks out. I searched around on the net and found a few suggestions to delete and recreate the account, which I have done, and also to select the option to send the service books again, which I have done. I have even reset the device to factory defaults, in case it was some software corruption, but no luck

So... any ideas?
 
Have you upgraded your firmware?
If you have then backup info, downgrade, wipe device then upgrade again.
I couldn't send emails. Was software corruption during an uprade. Had to downgrade then upgrade again to resolve...
 
My fault, should have updated this post when the solution was found.

Turns out the security certificates on the mail servers expired, so while I could successfully authenticate and send email, I could not receive anything. Certificates have since been updated and all is again working.
