strange error Popped up after installing a trusted program

i just want to know what causes this.

after re installing my windows 7 home premium july 2009 msdn hologram dvd

i decide to install "iolo System Mechanic pro"

i get that error after noticing when i open the program interface all the buttons and fancy layout is just not there..

so now i wonder if its my Visual C++ redistributables 2005 2008 2010 2012 2013 etc.

i notice i have 2 EXACT Same version of visual C++ 2010 1 is the Service pack with security update and then the security update as well standalone for the pack given to me via windows update and then the same for the other Visual C++ redistributables.

i dont know why im just wondering...

I think your computer has aids, consider giving it a shower.

Sounds dodgy. Trusted doesn't necessarily mean safe and bugfree and with something having such a bug I would rather not try to use it if it messes with my system.
