Strange Mail / connection problem

My MD is sitting at home in Forestown, JHB. He connects to the net via bluetooth and his 3G/GPRS phone.

If he receives a call while connected, his mail freezes, he cannot POP mail but he can still browse. I've checked his mailbox and it is not locked on the server, he needs to restart his connection and then it will work again.

Is this connection method a stable connection ?

Are there any similar alternate connection methods you can suggest ??

When his connected is he connected via 3G at the point of receiving a call?

It will defiantly slow the connection down but you shouldn't have to restart unless you connected onto Edge.

Can you please give me his cell phone number I just want to make sure HSCSD is loaded on his profile?
