The triangle of dots? That just the identification mark of the Aliens. You have been selected for probing. Just remember dont look directly at the light.

probably left over from the QA process, it should go away with use, or if there is a deguass option in the menu.

This is VERY VERY embarrassing - in the corner of the screen was a small piece of plastic once pulled revealed it was a pull tab for the screen protector which yes had a triangle of small dots on it

I was about to say that this reminds me of those stickers they used to have on new CRT TVs back in the day...
