Strange Message When Returning a Call

I got a missed call on my cellphone this morning from an 074 number... it's not one that I had saved on my phone, so no idea who it was.

I tried calling it back, and I got Trevor Noah's voice saying "Sorry, your cellphone isn't designed for this service"

Anyone have any idea what the hell that is? Anyone else have this??

NO.... cause I never reply to "missed calls" unless the person leaves a message and I then know what its all about
people that leave 2ring miss-calls or call-me-backs, never get a response from me .... friends & family knows this already, so they never bug me with those anymore

probably an outbound only call centre number.

I've had similar messages from different numbers. something along the lines of "this number cannot take inbound calls" and then it disconnects
