Strange speeds on 2mb uncapped with 4mb line

I am on a 2mb uncapped afrihost account with a 4mb line
Running a speedtest, I get download speeds of 2.39 mbs ps and nearly 5 mb upload speeds.
I'm not complaining, but is this normal?
