Strange telkom problem

Hi guys, the last couple of weeks I've had a strange problem happen to me with my ADSL. During the day it does not sync but come around 6:30 at night it syncs up stays up until the next morning about 9 - 10 am then drops again for the day. Telkoms been here round 5 times and they always say "I'll be right back just going to check the exchange" then I never see them again and 12 hours later i get an SMS saying the line is fixed, when it clearly isn't.

Anybody else have any idea what the problem might be?

I would suggest that you go back to Telkom and ask for the supervisor relating to the call reference number that you have.

Ah yes that seems all I can do. I've had the problem resolved 3 times already since I made this post :/
