strange thing going on ! need help

anyway my line was installed a week ago everything went well then SATURDAY NIGHT it rains

i woke up on sunday and my line keeps going off every hour ??? my router all of a sudden just keeps rebooting ? like i loose ethernet connectivity and all ?? got no idea whats going on then it come right after 15min or so

Funny thing is when my neighbours house alarm goes off my line drops ??

Please what do you think this is Telkom will never belive me if i say the alarm goes off and my line drops ?

Maybe their alarm is also connected to a telkom line and their line is also dropping. Then their alarm goes off because of the line drop? Perhaps have a chat with them to try and find out.

Replace filters. If that doesn't help inspect the connections house side on the wire going from the pole. If that fails call Telkom & get a tech.

they cant get in their thick brains that its not that its been working fine for a week then all a sudden it rains and its screwed ? also the alarm goes off and i go off ?
