Strange VPN issue

Good day, we have a client that has just provisioned a new link on premesis. It is an OpenServe Fibre running Afrihost as the ISP, the customer also has a static IP from Afrihost. We have 2 OpenVPN vpn's on site one using UDP 1194 and the other using UDP 1195. Both of these VPN's seem to work from multiple other ISP's, we have tested on Vodacom, MTN and Clear Access. The moment we test from a site running an Afrihost ISP it doesn't work. It is almost like something is getting blocked from Afrihost to Afrihost. Please can you assist with this?

The FTTH link and FTTB link are on the same account.
Thank you. It was not the Openserve line causing the issue.
The Frogfoot line had a NAT IP, and we have removed that and allocated a public IP
 
Having a similar issue on OpenVPN where an initial connection made with the VPN, but the internet does not work thereafter. The VPN worked perfectly fine when we had ADSL via Afrihost, but does not work ever since upgrading to Fibre with Afrihost (VUMA).

Hoping @Afrigirl can assist with this too as we have tweaking with multiple settings/parameters, but the issue seems to be related to the Public IP.
