If you have an MTN or Vodacom SIM, you can stream through DStv Mobile: http://www.dstvmobile.com/south-africa/streaming/get-streaming/

Costs you R40 per month or R15 per week. The Data you use to stream is free.

I doubt it, but you can try.

Check if you can access MTN Play from your mobile. If so, go to the DStv Mobile Link and try and register.
