So i want to cancel DSTV as my fience'e watches series ,So i want to get netflix or showmax.

So reason i don't want a chromecast is cause it works via your phone,with the other devices you have the remote that makes it so much easier.

I got a roku stick...absolutely love it except some of the international servers are slow so quality doesn't quite get to HD

Could be but doubt it as it says it can do up to 4k.

The Roku streaming sticks are 720/1080P.
