Streaming Dstv on Hisense Smart TV

I am having problems with streaming through the dstv app on my smart TV.

It tells me I am having a error with streaming. I also have the Vidaa application on the TV and does not allow me to delete and reinstall the app. What should I do please help.

You should phone DSTV and give them the error ... it's THEIR app after all
