You can't, they used to have it on ETV's OVHD platform but it was removed.

The channel was created specifically for DSTV.

They used to have an open live stream on their website.but took it off as I think Dstv was crying about it . Only live streaming service for local news is ANN7 . YouTube also has live SABC news for events .

Is it on DSTV Now? If so you can use a family or friend's DSTV Premium account to stream it.
