2 Weeks ago my 4mb ADSL line went Down and after a week telkom finally attended to it and it was a cable fault. Since repairing it streaming on Series and movie sites has become virtually impossible, it take 4 hours to buffer and 30min series. You tube seems fine, but I seem to be batteling on all 3 of the streaming sites I use.
Axxess have checked my line and say its fine and a Saix Speed test Shows 40kbps Upload and between 2.8 and 3.2Mbps Download with a latency averaging around 60ms ....
Im on Uncapped and Axxess have confirmed no throtteling or shaping on the sites I am using. They even gave me a 10g Capped account jsut to test with and nothign changed
I have cleared cache and flushed DNS, but still nothing .... I'm lost, confused and very irritated.
Can anyone give me some pointers.
