Streaming throttled

Since Saturday, I have been struggling to watch any streaming service. Everything else works fine except for streaming and my family is totally dependant son streaming for entertainment. DSTV, netflix, Amazon Prime all are not working and there is a lot of buffering. I am on unlimited and I thought I was not supposed to be throttled. And yes I have cold started everything including the router and nothing seems to help.
I wonder why these services would be impacted when I have a download speed of 208Mbps and upload of 40Mbps and no huge downloads happening.
 
This was sorted for a moment and it has started again. DSTV and Amazon prime are the most affected. Netflix works albeit slow
 
I'm having the same issue, but with a bunch of different services. Netflix, Mr D, Game login servers, etc. Other websites work fine, but these just timeout constantly
 
Netflix, Amazon prime, DSTV Now. All offline not working. Internet speeds are above 100mbps

what did you expect from a ridiculously cheaply priced product by a devious ISP. These clowns are the same as ISPs in years gone by... as long as your browser loads Google they can get away with throttling anything and everything.

Well I don't think they throttling us if it's not working? Probably some DNS server error.

Ai. I just moved to Rain in October and now this. I am just happy this is a month to month. I am ready to jump
 
Yep, streaming or any activity besides googling has gone to $#%t.
Even reloading a page/thread on mybroadband gives errors

Been getting random disconnects since Friday and what is weird is, every few minutes ( sometimes seconds ) I have 2 ip's, it jumps from a 41.216.*.* to a 197.184.*.*
Been doing this whole time and only been able to log it from yesterday.

@rain_mobile @rain_networks what gives????
 
My International traffic was suffering last night but appears normal today. The weekend was also hit and miss. Guess we'll see what happens this evening.

@rain_mobile Does Rain have a status page where we can see outage reports?
