Streaming TV Set-Top Box

Hi Guys,

I am looking for a decent tv set top box similar or the same as the Android TV Box.

I want to be able to stream videos from sites such as Youtube, VidBux and GorillaVid.
Also it must be able to play HD content from hard drive, play music etc.

I have been looking at these:

But I have never used these kind of products.

Any help, advice or product knowledge would be much appreciated.

Note that we'll be using DVB-T2, not DVB-T, in case you were planning on using the tuners they mentioned.

The Raspberry Pi will be able to run XBMC (when the world is able to get their hands on one), and is expected to cost around R300 all in, FWIW.
