What on earth is going on with the Neotel network NOW? Over the past 4-5 days trying to stream videos from Youtube and any other site with videos has been a flashback to the stone age.
Regardless of the website I can't stream a video any faster than 14KB/s. And it averages at 10KB/s.
Neotel (Hugo) please look into the Tokai/Kirstenhof tower in Cape Town please. Something is very off.
