Streamlining the litigation process online

Being in the legal profession, I really don't see any benefit in using their system as it stands. Attorneys often agree to exchange notices and pleadings by fax or email and don't require the services of a third party to facilitate this.

If their platform enabled you to file documents at court electronically than that would prove much more cost/time effective than hand delivery. But for mere service between attorneys, there really is no point in using this system

I agree, attorneys are highly organised in this regard. I've had many cases thrown out due to my documents being lost by the court or refusal to issue because the learned colleague behind the counter thinks he knows better.

Now if there was a system perhaps, which could dispense kfc based how many documents they've stamped in one day we might be on to something.

On a side note most high courts outsource the storing of the documents so might as well go digital. I hope this succeeds.
