Good need help about setup street wifi cafe with a small office .Dont know what type of equipment and programme which i can us to setup .

You want to connect a small office to a wifi network at a cafe in the same street? Also not sure what you mean....

Desks, chairs, pc's (Including keyboard and mouse). Internet connection.

Although i think a metal pole in the centre with a dancer will make more money.

You probably want an access point and a controller/couter with captive portal capabilities, such as Mikrotik

How many people are you expecting to connect to this wifi simultaneously?

Get a fibre internet line (Or 4G internet if fibre is not available)

Buy a Unifi Gateway - https://scoop.co.za/ubiquiti-unifi-security-gateway-router-firewall-usg.html
Buy a Unifi AP - https://scoop.co.za/ubiquiti-unifi-dual-band-ac-lite-ap-uap-ac-lite.html
Buy a cloud key: https://scoop.co.za/ubiquiti-unifi-controller-cloud-key-uc-ck.html
Might also need to buy a switch depending if you need ethernet ports: https://scoop.co.za/ubiquiti-8-port-gigabit-poe-passthrough-switch-us-8.html
Then depending on your technical knowledge, install it yourself or pay a person/company to install and configure as per your needs.
