Stripped Screw.. amagad HELP!

I have an Aerocool Massitage-A and I have never used the window fan slots... up until now. SO I went out and spent R300.00 on 2 niiice zalman fans (120mm) and installed the bottom one.

Now the top slot has a funky tube thingy on the window which one, fugly as hell, two, disrupts airflow, and three, is taking up the screw holes I need to mount my fan... first 3 screws came out fine, 4th screw stripped like a betch and now the damn tube is stuck to my window...

The Solution? No CLUE... Help!

Flat screwdriver under screw head, another screw driver to turn the screw and hope for the best

Can also try a pliers

If you can get to it, use a sidecutter and turn the screw out

Try grabbing the screw with pliers and pull+rotate it out. If that fails then you'll have to drill it out...which is going to be a mission.

That is an option just try to have something between the screw head and the side of the case to minimise damage to the case.

Drill it out

Non will work,I work with this type of problems,You gonna need to be brave and get a drill,use a very thin drill bit i mean very thin and drill the stripped screw.In no time it will loose,This works 100%.
Do not reverse the drill please

Not sure if you guys picked up on this ... but when I read the title ... I grinned a bit ...

I mean "STRIPPED" "SCREW" sounds like something you get to experience in Teasers or somewhere shady.
