Strong PC build for full ARK cluster server

Any recommendations for a good PC build that can run a full Ark cluster?
 
How many maps/instances, mods, players etc?

Look at 2 cores & 8GB per map.
 
Would like to do most if not all the maps and run a full cluster. Probably quite a few mods and up to 10 players.
