Struggle to get contract canceled

Good day. Is there any Mtn representative that can help in canceling my contract that expire soon. I called 135 and my call gets transferred from one department to another. After an hour I got through to cancelations just to tell me they have system problems. Very easy to take out a contract but they make it a hell difficult to cancel. All options available when u call 135 except an option to cancel your contract.Please can any representative pm me so we can speed things up.

I work long hours and i need to cancel asap or i will get billed again for an extra month. Its the year 2022 surely there must be other options then to go to a MTN shop.There are Mtn representatives here but it seems they are just as slow as their colleagues from customer care.

I know for business you have to give to em a 30days notice.

For personal i was informed, before ur billing date, u just call the call center goto cancellations and cancell with agent

That option is for Content subscriptions.No option to Cancel

Even enquired about the 30 days notice as that what i though it be

MTN business rep told me it would take 2-24 hours after penalty fee has been paid.... which i think was a lie as its now day 5 and still not cancelled...
