It is quite simple once you logged onto their network they have a nice help section https://hotspot.alwayson.co.za/aohotspot/help/help.htm and a call center 086 1468 7768

Hi There,
I generally do not struggle with always on.
However some installations it does not tell you to open a browser. So what I do is once connected I open a browsser and go to google and up pops always on.
