Struggling to get a refund

I just came back from the CellC shop after picking up my 60GB bundle. According the salesperson there is a handling fee of R250 if you return the modem within 7 days for reasons other than the device being faulty.

Cell_C, can you confirm this for us?

Yep, when signing up they mentioned the handling fee when returning the package.

Hi there

Have sent the email on Monday already via the website - recorded the call where the rep stated that the money will be in on Tuesday. It wasn't.

Got a call on Wednesday to say the money would be in on Friday. Today, 13:40pm and still no sign of said refund.
