I don't have itemised billing activated on my line, and normally don't need it, now the "once in a blue moon" time has arrived where I need to double check charges on my line, so I've requested a once-off itemised billing report.
Vodacom customer care advised me to write a letter, stating the time frame required, etc. and sign the letter, and attach a copy of my ID as well, which I have done. But now nothing happens, they are not processing the request and it has been longer than 24 hours.
When I phone them, they state they cannot accept a telephonic request, and refer me back to the written request, which I have done in the first place! Further pleads on emails to customer care to expedite, since it is urgent, yield no results.
Does anybody know if there is another way to get it? Vodashops?
Or perhaps Ockie could assist? Please please please!
