HiI have been trying since 8 August to have a SIM swap done with not success. After having logged 4 refs with no positive movement on them, I have decided to cancel the SIM. I see I am now expected to pay for the month of September while I do not have the SIM to use the services.. Rain should instead refund me for the days paid for in August but could not use the service after I requested help from them and the did help me.
