I have been trying to contact MTN regarding cancellation of my voicemail.
Yesterday I just keep getting a busy tone when trying to call.
Today I get "the number you have dialed is incorrect". Wtf?
Also my issue with voicemail is I keep getting sms that says I have a voicemail, and then when I listen to the voicemail I just get background noise or nothing at all.
I have call divert on to a colleague's number so not even sure why I am getting voicemails in the first place hence why I want to cancel it.
I got through to customer care yesterday on my wife's phone and they said they cancelled my voicemail but today again I receive a message that I got a voicemail? What gives?!
