Struggling with SABnzbd

I've switched to SABnzbd a few days ago and am battling with 1 last configuration.
I need to view the interface from a pc on an outside network. I've searched many online forums and the wiki but the info is not too helpful for a non techie like me.
Would appreciate help with port forwarding and any other setup in SAB that can get me going.
Currently I can access SAB from another pc on the same network (port 8080).

Port forwarding/NAT on your router for port 8080 to the internal IP, if this is on your internet connection you will need DynamiDNS or a static IP for it to work properly.
 
Sorry for the nnob questions but what is the internal ip of my SABnzbd pc (192.168.0.2) or something else.
Also how do I get static IP or Dynamic dns
