Only noticed today my 19" LG Flatron L1919S LCD has PLENTY of stuck pixels, red and blue mainly.
I read these arent dead pixels and should be able to fix it, I tried some tuts and programs, nothing worked.
The screen in only year and a half old, so I should be able to replace it, hopefully?
Anyone got any suggestions?

Take a soft cloth around your finger/nail and rub the pixels to life, if they are "fixable" this will do it. I have sorted many pixel problems like this, if the rubbing thing doesn't work nothing will.

LG - Lousy Goods :D

Warranty is normally only a year, but if it is still under warranty I would take it back, they will repair it.

I have a "lazy" pixel on my 22" Samsung, massaging it gently always does the trick.

Mmm... I just read about this yesterday, apparently you get programs that flashes images really fasts and this aswell as the rubbing method helps? But if you say you've tried this then send it back if it's still under warranty...

Problem with a LCD warranty is, that it is only covered if you have more than 5 dead pixels (or 8 sup-pixels).

Its easy enough to make an animated gif with a red, blue, green, black, and white screen in photoshop and play that back full screen. Wouldn't that achieve the desired effect?
