Have a my choice 75 contract.after app 30 months I have accumalated app R1800.00. Cant upgrade cause this contract does not exist anymore,if I go to a new contract I loose all my air time accumalated,Have tried call centre on few occasions and have been told all kinds of stories with no solution.Even tried Head office and was promised return calls from CEO's secretary but with no avail. Really hope someone can advise a way to solve this never ending problem.
