I've decided to register for CTA2 after doing my BCom Accounting Sciences degree.
I also earn a stable salary over 10K, have no credit card debt and minimal debit orders.
However, when applying for a student loan at FNB, I keep getting declined without being given a reason, however, I get told that I qualify for a personal at an interest rate of 34%. That doesn't make sense to me. I qualify for a much more expensive loan with a much higher repayment... I've tried other banks but they told me I need to have an account with them to obtain a student loan.
What do I need to do to qualify for a student loan as I definitely won't be able to pay at that massive interest rate.
Any ideas? I'm kinda out of ideas.
