Highly doubt permanent damage from one use. When they talk about permanent damage its from heavy users.

now acid I hear will give you flash backs for many years, or so I've been told. A friend claims every time he get an major adrenaline rush he starts tripping.

I think your friend is not exactly telling the truth. Ive had a reasonable amount of acid, my friends have as well, none of us "start tripping" later on. in saying that, i loathe acid, so much so that i would turn it down for anything shy of 100k

Ecstasy can be an extremely positive, good experience. Most crap you get today isnt proper E. I dont know what the OP took, because he was mixing it with other stuff, but i wouldnt think it was proper E.

When I used to take e, the next day if I could I'd just sleep the whole day.

Yup, sleep, have a sore jaw, try eat (even though everything tastes like a desert) and drink anything with flavour. That was pretty much my recovery plan. Weed actually helped the comedowns for me quite a bit. Also allowed me to get some sleep

I've been sleeping a lot, the anxiety has gotten a bit less and comes in stages now, also feeling pretty depressed. The paranoia of this lasting forever is driving me pretty crazy too.

As people have said, its not going to last forever. A good nights sleep and you will feel much better tomorrow. You are likely to be outta whack for a few days, but nothing can be done except get through it.

Out of interest, was the E you took in a tablet or capsule form?
I do know that there are dealers selling "E" in a white capsule that seems to be absolutely dreadful. I very recently had to assist a friend who had a bad experience on it, and felt similar to what you were feeling for about 4 - 5 days.
Serious dont care, depressed, dizzy head nausea feeling.

highly unlikely, although with the mix of your normal meds who knows.
Grab some orange juice, its apparently very good to help boost and replace serotonin (at least that was the rumour when I used to be doing these things)

I have had a few times way back when, when i took a lot of ecstasy throughout the night, try to go to bed, lie there for ages, time passes, and im not sure if i have slept or not, or just been lying there for ages.
Its actually a horrible feeling and one of many things i dont miss about taking those kinds of things.

Don't worry you get to experience this when you're older without taking anything.

It could just as easily be really high quality, high dose stuff. Some people have a bad time when the stuff is strong.
