I am completely new to the ADSL world hence my poopy understanding of it all. That said, here's my question:
I have an account at Connection and I suspect that I may be throttled at this point, but what I wish to know is whether someone should still be able to game or not whilst being throttled. Right now my ping to all Battlefield servers is 400m/s. That is, needless to say, unplayable.
EDIT: I just saw my ping to google.com is 400 as well. Is throttled internet suppose to be like this?
