These e-mail going around about children dying from some or other disease
How valid is the claims that for every mail sent they get money that will help for treatment?
I ignore them, am I killing children by doing so? :D

They're very valid, if you want to donate, my paypal account is paypal at acidrazor dot com

Only $5 or more donations accepted. Please help the poor dying kiddies...

How? Technically how? What counts it? Who counts it? How?

It's just spam.
What's funny is people will throw away junkmail found in the post box in the street or PO Box at the post office but if it comes on email it must be true!
