Dimension Data and Internet Solutions have their infrastructure terminals exposed to the Internet for all and sundry.

Edit: CCIEs can just think about ACLs in their minds and they get applied.

Knew you would do this after the DDoS fiasco. Want to know the most pain in the arse security risk? Default configured Mikrotiks that got configured badly or somebody who has their router facing the public but still has their default "admin" password set................

But have seen some stupiiiiiiiiiiid stuff out there.
 
Prohibiting people from carrying batteries bigger than 500 grams onto airplanes for "safety reasons" when you are literally sitting on top of a cargo hold of truck batteries which power the plane during flight and while it is sitting on the tarmac. :X3:
