Ok, but what else can I do? My case doesn't have more space for fans. I don't have the money for a new case anyway.
Add typical summer weather in the Karoo and I'm pretty much ****ed.

stuttering in various PC games
Same system, just a new GPU.Is this with a new system or a system that used to work fine and now suddenly it stutters?
Then I would say something is faulty with the card as you should see a slight improvement.Same system, just a new GPU.
As I said, it doesn't even happen with all games. Then I would say something is faulty with the card as you should see a slight improvement.
And you played these same games on your previous card you had no issues? As I said, it doesn't even happen with all games.
Games like Rocket League, CSGO, Svoboda 1945, Crash Bandicoot N-Sane Trilogy and Lethal League Blaze work just fine.
But when it comes to more "higher intensity" games so to speak, like Serious Sam 4, Forza Horizon 4 (Where my CPU qualifies under the minimum requirements for both btw), Battlefield V, and Rise of the Tomb Raider, then I get some stuttering.
LiesYou need 16GB ram , 8GB isn't enough and you'll experience shuttering , inconsistent framerate dipping extremely low
Rocket League, CSGO, Lethal League Blaze, Serious Sam 4, Forza Horizon 4, and Battlefield V (albeit at lower resolutions on Low with the last two) to be specific. And you played these same games on your previous card you had no issues?
I still think you should swap out for another card. That's my opinion. But then again I don't have experience with AMD. That would be the only other thing I would think is an issue, the AMD drivers or support for games.Rocket League, CSGO, Lethal League Blaze, Serious Sam 4, Forza Horizon 4, and Battlefield V (albeit at lower resolutions on Low with the last two) to be specific.
Have you put on msi afterburner yet to actually monitor in real time what is happening?Rocket League, CSGO, Lethal League Blaze, Serious Sam 4, Forza Horizon 4, and Battlefield V (albeit at lower resolutions on Low with the last two) to be specific.
I sold the old one a while back.I still think you should swap out for another card. That's my opinion. But then again I don't have experience with AMD. That would be the only other thing I would think is an issue, the AMD drivers or support for games.
Already did that a while back. Also - use Display Driver Uninstaller, remove all the Nvidia and AMD drivers, and do a clean install of the AMD drivers. You might have issues there with leftover drivers from the previous GPU.
Will do.On the Vsync - definitely keep it off. It's only useful if you're getting too many frames for your monitor and screen tearing. It also introduces input lag. When you're getting less than 60fps Vsync just makes stuttering worse.
Ok, I installed it. Where do you check for FPS stats or whatever?Have you put on msi afterburner yet to actually monitor in real time what is happening?
