Holy smokes.
i'm staying with my parents and needed help from their ISP Super Sonic.
what a joke of a back up system they have.

The Whatsapp support line is a total no go. they eventually responded to 1h19min later, and then asked to be rated

phoning in was the only way to get help and that was ok.

The whatsapp experience is just embarrassing
