Im looking for a good sub woofer.

12"
But I want or would like JL Audio or Soundstream.

Anyone here know who stocks these products?
Or recommend something else?
No Rockford thanks.
 
I'm volk_k when it comes to speakers, and will only settle for JL or kicker, my 5 cents.....
 
That's the only brands you'll look at?

Could be missing out ;)
 
For a sub, I'd go with your JL Audio choice.

Speakers, I'd go MBQuart
 
Just not sure who sells JL Audio in GP.
Im happy with my standard speakers, they powerful enough for now.
 
I got my sub from Craighall Car Radio in Randburg

Are they as good as I think it is? ie better than or on par with Rockford?
 
I thought they were very good.

I wanted quality system as opposed to 200db thumping system - which is why I chose it over RF. Build a sealed 40 litre enclosure and the tight, clear bass was awesome.

Went to an informal sound off at Craighall and I was judged better than all RF systems
 
But I want low frequency "taxi bass"

I'm sure it will be sufficient.
