My comment: Give me the choice of a 2 year contract with a bells-and-whistles cellphone, or a short term cheap no-cellphone post paid contract.

Of course it would have a detrimental effect, but only on Vodacom profits. Now the citizens will be screwed a slight bit less. Viva la Resistance!
