Fish Bouillon
Equal parts canned clam juice & veg stock.
Are you trying to get away from using fish stock or are you looking for a substitute because you can't bothered making your own stock due to a lack of time etc?
Just did not have time to buy and no time to make from scratch either. So needed to know what I can use that I already have in my cupboard.

If it was me I would try some mixed veg stock cubes & fish sauce as I know I have those in the cupboard. How it will work out I have no idea![]()
